All the beans that we buy are Arabica Speciality Grade, which means that we pay a high premium on top of the standard coffee price for guaranteed quality. We have been to El Salvador and to Honduras to know more about the producers that we work with. By buying from specific coffee producers we are also supporting their special projects: COMSA Cooperative in Honduras uses a portion of their coffee sales to fund a school for the children of the coffee growers who work with them.
